TASK for the quick form, TASKS for CRM type (call, meeting, email…) and series. Assign several users, set a reminder, and chain the follow-up with "next action".
Email & Calendar
Unread messages with attachments and a detail view, a calendar that merges Outlook appointments with open Soft1 tasks, and "next action" that turns a message into a CRM task.
Traders straight from the tax registry
CREATEAADEAFM checks whether a trader with that VAT number already exists and, when it does not, pulls the details from the Greek tax registry and creates the record.

FAQ
Do I have to change my Soft1?
No. Jarvis installs on top of your existing environment and works with the data and permissions you already have.
Do I need to learn commands?
No. You start in plain language. Commands are shortcuts to specific screens, and HelpCommands shows all of them.
Where does my data go?
To the AI provider you choose inside Verilic. Licence and configuration are governed by your contract, per user and per helper.
Can I get files out?
Yes. Ask for Excel, CSV or PDF in the same sentence and Jarvis produces the file.
Does it work with the other products?
Yes. S1 Courier and S1 DocReader are products in their own right, but when they sit alongside Jarvis they also open as its own areas, with the Courier and DR commands.
